Job summary

Nudge Education in the United Kingdom is seeking compassionate, adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs.

This community-based role goes beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging learning experiences and requires you to deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusted relationships, and monitor progress while reporting safeguarding concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
• Experience supporting young people with SEN/SEMH needs
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role

You may come from education, youth work, healthcare, social care, coaching, uniformed services, or other people-focused backgrounds.

Compensation & Availability

• £16-£25 per hour for lead roles, plus agreed expenses
