Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is looking for compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings.

This role focuses on learning beyond traditional classrooms, building trust, and creating safe, engaging experiences. Daytime hours, Mon-Fri, with flexibility to fit location; driving licence and vehicle required for travel between sites.

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week.

About The Role

We are looking for compassionate and adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs.

This is a community-based role, working beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.

You Will

• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams

Who We’re Looking For

You may come from education, youth work, healthcare, social care, coaching, uniformed services, or other people-focused backgrounds.

We value empathy, resilience, creativity, and the ability to build trust with vulnerable young people.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role

Practicalities

• Flexible opportunities based on location and student match
• £16–£25 per hour for lead roles, plus agreed expenses
• Monday–Friday daytime availability required
• Consistent availability is essential to provide stability for young people
