Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to provide personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs. You will deliver tailored intervention sessions and build trust with vulnerable students to help them reconnect with education.

We offer flexible opportunities based on location and student match. A driving licence is required, with hours typically spread across Monday to Friday for a minimum of three days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Experience with ACEs (Adverse childhood experiences).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

About the Role

Who We're Looking For

You may come from education, youth work, healthcare, social care, coaching, uniformed services, or other people-focused backgrounds.

Essential Requirements

Practicalities
