About the role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. That’s why we give you opportunities to learn and develop the skills needed to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. Offering flexible and part-time working hours between 7am - 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day working weeks to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?

1. Working in unity with the Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the classroom and for children's outcomes.
2. Supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
3. Collaborating with the team to deliver excellent care, early education, and meet performance standards consistently.
