About the role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. We provide opportunities to learn and develop the skills needed to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We seek a qualified professional to help us realize our vision of being the leading Childcare provider.

Offering flexible, part-time work between 7am - 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day workweeks to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?

  1. Working with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the room and for children.
  2. Supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  3. Collaborating with the team to deliver excellent care and early education, ensuring performance standards are met.

Who are we looking for?

  • Full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
  • An Enhanced DBS check (costs covered).
  • Open, honest, and compassionate nature.
  • Passionate about early years and working with children.
