Location: Sunderland
Provision: Children’s Home
Service Users: Children aged 7 to 17 with Social, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD)
£13.50 per hour
Contract Options: 36 or 48 hours per week
Sleep-ins: 6 to 8 sleeps per month, paid at £52 per sleep
Potential Earnings: Up to £38,688 per year

Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Residential Childcare, Social/Children’s Care, or Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
Experience in SEBD, challenging behaviour, or complex needs (not elderly care).
Full UK Driving Licence (desirable but not essential).
Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum Age: 22 (due to children’s workforce regulations).
