Progressive Sports is seeking a Childcare Lead to take ownership of our wraparound setting. You will inspire children, lead engaging sports and arts activities, and support Activity Leaders to deliver high-quality activities in a warm, safe environment.

Role focuses on building strong relationships with parents, schools and colleagues, following Ofsted standards, and creating enriching experiences that boost confidence and social skills in every child.

Qualifications

Experience within wraparound care services is desired, but on-the-job training can be provided.
Able to work term-time; no weekend work.

Responsibilities

Taking ownership of wraparound setting and inspiring children.
Leading fun and engaging sports and arts and crafts activities.
Managing and supporting Activity Leaders to deliver high-quality activities.
Building and maintaining outstanding relationships with parents, schools and colleagues.
Promoting and delivering excellence by following Ofsted standards and company policies.
Creating safe and engaging environments for all children.
Encouraging children to explore interests and create new opportunities.

Hours: 15 hours per week normally 3pm-6pm, term time (with the option to enhance your earnings working up to 40 hrs per week overtime during School Holidays)

Pay: £14 - £14.50 Per Hour

Contracts Available: Term-time only, Part-time, annual, no weekends.
