Job summary

Progressive Sports is seeking a Progressive Kids Childcare Lead for wraparound settings in the UK. You will inspire children, lead engaging sports and crafts activities, and support Activity Leaders to deliver high-quality programmes.

Role focuses on creating safe, engaging environments, building strong parent and school relationships, and delivering activities in line with Ofsted standards. Flexible term-time hours with potential overtime during school holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience within wraparound care services is desired, however not essential as on-the-job training can be provided.

• Take ownership of the wraparound setting.
• Inspire children and lead engaging sports and arts and crafts activities.
• Manage and support Activity Leaders to deliver high-quality activities.
• Build and maintain outstanding relationships with parents, schools and colleagues.
• Promote and deliver excellence by following company and Ofsted standards and expectations.
• Create safe and engaging environments for all children across the wraparound setting.
• Encourage children to explore interests and create new opportunities through enriching activities.
• Empower children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills.

Hours: 20-25 hours per week Normally 7:30am-9am & 3pm-6pm, term time (with the option to enhance your earnings working up to 40 hrs per week overtime during School Holidays)

Pay: £13.50 - £14.50 Per Hour

Contracts Available: Term-time only, Part-time, annual, no weekends.
