Job summary

Progressive Sports is seeking a Childcare Lead for wraparound services at Dunstall Park Primary School, Tamworth. You will take ownership of the wraparound setting, inspire children, and lead engaging sports and arts activities for weekly sessions.

Experience in wraparound care is desirable; on-the-job training is provided. The role is term-time, part-time with potential overtime during school holidays, and offers progression opportunities.

Qualifications

Level 3 Early Years Qualification is required.
Experience within wraparound care services is desirable, however not essential as on-the-job training can be provided.

Responsibilities

Managing and supporting the Activity Leaders to deliver high-quality activities.
Building and maintaining outstanding relationships with parents, schools and colleagues.
Promote and deliver excellence by following all company and Ofsted standards and expectations.
Creating safe and engaging environments for all children across the wraparound setting.
Encouraging children to explore their interests and create new opportunities through enriching activities.
Empowering children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills whilst making a difference in child development.

Dunstall Park Primary School, Austen Drive,Tamworth B78 3BQ

Hours

18 hours per week Normally 7:30am-8:40am & 3:15pm-6pm, term time (with the option to enhance your earnings working up to 40 hrs per week overtime during School Holidays)

Pay

£13.50 - £14.50 Per Hour

Contracts Available

Term-time only, Part-time, annual, no weekends.
