Job summary

Vision for Education is seeking a Flying Start Practitioner to support learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 0-4 in Llanelli. You will create a safe, caring environment where children can explore, play and thrive.

Personal care is an important part of the role, so you should be comfortable supporting care needs and have experience where possible. The role offers competitive daily pay via PAYE, ongoing CPD and development opportunities, pension contributions, access to an education

Flying Start Practitioner - Llanelli

About the Role

As a Flying Start Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged 0-4 years. You'll create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where every child can explore, play, and thrive.

Personal care is an important part of this role — so you'll need to be comfortable supporting children with their care needs, and ideally have previous experience doing so.

What You'll Need

• A recognised Level 3 (or above) qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or a related field
• A caring, professional approach and confidence in delivering personal care
• Great communication skills and a strong team spirit
• A genuine passion for supporting children and families
