Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to support children in Early Years across a mix of settings in Llanelli. You will deliver engaging activities, monitor development and wellbeing, and work closely with a supportive Early Years team to create a nurturing environment.

The role is a mix of short-term and long-term opportunities, with continuous on-site support, CPD opportunities, and competitive pay rates. DBS checks and safeguarding are part of the process.

Are you a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about supporting children in their early years?

We are looking for a Nursery Practitioner for a mixture of short-term and long-term opportunities, supporting children across the Early Years age range. The successful Nursery Practitioner will help provide engaging activities, support children's development and wellbeing, and work closely with other Early Years professionals to maintain a positive and stimulating environment.

Successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A relevant Early Years or childcare qualification
• Experience working with children within an Early Years setting
• An understanding of children's learning, development and wellbeing
• A caring and nurturing approach
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Adaptability and a positive, 'can-do' attitude
