SCR is seeking passionate Children's Support Workers to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. You will provide high-quality care and emotional support to young people in a safe, nurturing environment.

Join a supportive team, deliver care aligned with individual plans, and access ongoing training and a clear pathway to a permanent role. An Enhanced DBS check will be required as part of safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience working with children or young people in a similar setting.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Calm, compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Proactive and resilient with a can-do attitude.
