Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. The post involves working with children and young people in Gloucestershire, across community clinics and mainstream schools, using the Care Aims framework to plan and deliver targeted interventions.

You will assess and manage a caseload, provide advice to parents and professionals, and contribute to IEPs and SEND pathways.

Qualifications

• The role is a Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist.
• Work with children aged 0–19 in Gloucestershire.
• Work under the close supervision of a clinical supervisor.

Responsabilités

• Assess, diagnose, plan and deliver an appropriate therapeutic service to children with speech, language and communication needs.
• Manage and prioritise a designated caseload in community clinics and mainstream schools.
• Provide advice to parents and other professionals to support the child’s needs.
• Contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and SEND pathways.
• Support universal and targeted provision pathways and report outcomes to key adults.
