Pay rate £40 per hour

Vitalis is recruiting for a Child Protection Conference Chair/Independent Reviewing Officer to work in a Safeguarding Team in Wakefield.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Independent Reviewing Officer to join the Safeguarding and Reviewing Unit in Wakefield.

The team chairs Child Protection Conferences, Child in Care Reviews, LADO, Supervision Order reviews, and Foster Carer Reviews. They work closely with internal and external partners to support positive outcomes for children and young people in statutory services.

The team aims to develop a culture of restorative practice and supports social work practice through collaborative quality assurance and audit work.
