Hampshire County Council is seeking a Family Time Supervisor to support children in care across two sites in Alton and Aldershot. You will supervise contact sessions, document interactions, and help prepare reports for safeguarding purposes.

A flexible, team-based environment with opportunities to develop professionally awaits you. You will work across two sites, travel between locations, and may include late evenings and Saturdays.

Qualificações

• Proven experience working with children and families in need, with safeguarding knowledge.
• Excellent IT, verbal communication, listening and observation skills.
• Capable of handling challenging situations with professionalism and non-judgement.
• Ability to make independent judgments and use initiative.
• Strong record keeping and concise reporting skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and facilitate contact sessions while ensuring child safety and transport.
• Manage challenging situations and intervene where contact is unsafe.
• Prepare and document contacts accurately within agreed timescales.
• Build effective relationships with parents, social workers, and carers.
• Work as part of a team, attend meetings and adhere to policies.
