Job summary

Raytheon UK, in partnership with OMNIA Training, seeks a Head of Army Transformation to drive the transformation of British Army training. You will lead a cross‑organisational program across defence partners, shaping strategy, governance, and delivery of innovative training solutions.

This senior role requires strong change management, stakeholder leadership, and a track record in large-scale transformation within complex environments.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong background in technology leadership and land training systems.
• Experience in UK or overseas land training contexts.
• Experience delivering new technologies to end-users.
• Deep understanding of change management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Transformation and innovation services.
• Oversee the development, delivery and management of the Monitoring, Innovating, Acquiring and Configuring (MIAC) Services.
• Shape and influence the future of Army collective training, ensuring alignment with Defence-wide transformation objectives.
• Act as the senior advisor to the Omnia Managing Director and Leadership Team on all transformation and change.
• Maintain a technology overwatch to drive innovation to ensure an integrated and cohesive transformation across collective training delivery, doctrine, data, infrastructure, and people.
• Develop and implement change management strategies that support adoption and sustainability of new capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee the design, integration, and implementation of technical solutions across the programme.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance standards are met throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on transformation progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.
