Job summary

Raytheon Technologies seeks a strategic Head of Army Training Transformation to lead the Transformation and Change workstream within the OMNIA Training programme. You will steer cross‑functional teams, oversee large-scale change initiatives, and drive innovative solutions to modernise the British Army’s collective training while collaborating with the UK Defence ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Strong background in technology leadership and understanding of land training systems.
• Experience with change management methodologies and stakeholder influence.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and systems integration is desirable.
