Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Project Manager - Assets to lead asset-related workstreams within the OMNIA programme, supporting the British Army's training transformation. Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex projects or programmes within Defence, Aerospace, Engineering, Technology, or other regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Demonstrable experience managing project risks, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively within complex matrix organisations.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivery.
• Desirable: experience with assets, equipment, logistics, infrastructure, or support services.
• Knowledge of Government Furnished Assets (GFA) processes and Defence governance requirements.
• Familiarity with compliance, audit, or assurance activities.
• Understanding of asset lifecycle management principles.
• APM, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification.
• Current or previous experience within the Defence sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset-related projects and workstreams from initiation through to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to programme objectives.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to programme leadership.
• Facilitate governance reviews, project boards, and delivery assurance activities.
• Support business change, mobilisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
