Job summary

Plymouth Community Homes is seeking a Chief Systems & Project Accountant to lead the design and implementation of a new finance system and to shape finance reporting, systems, and processes across the organisation.

You will drive transformation, improve processes, and deliver projects that create lasting value while ensuring robust governance and compliance. This role sits at the heart of our finance function and organisational growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading finance systems and transformation projects.
• Strong technical accounting, systems and regulatory knowledge.
• Proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in a regulated environment, ideally housing.
• Proactive, innovative approach to improving systems and processes.

Are you an experienced finance systems leader ready to drive transformational change? Do you have a track record of implementing finance systems, improving financial processes, and delivering projects that create lasting organisational value?

This is an exciting opportunity to join Plymouth Community Homes and lead the design and implementation of a new finance system while shaping the future of finance reporting, systems, and processes across the organisation.
