Zusammenfassung

DUAL, a senior risk and compliance leadership role within the Howden Group, is seeking a Chief Risk Officer–level professional to oversee the risk and governance framework for DUAL UK. You will sit on the executive committee and participate in the DCR Board, Risk Committee and Audit Committee.

You will manage the second line compliance advisory function, data protection and financial crime for DUAL UK, and lead the Second Line Assurance team to provide assurance, testing and thematic reviews

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in a regulated insurance environment.
• Proven ability to advise on risk and compliance issues at senior level.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Oversee risk and governance infrastructure for DUAL UK in line with Group approach.
• Lead the Second Line Assurance programme and provide assurance to the Board and management.
• Maintain relationships with regulators and ensure timely regulatory reporting and responses.
