Source Recruitment Group is seeking a Chief Risk Officer for a leading banking business. The role will lead Risk, Compliance and Financial Crime functions, providing independent oversight to the Board and senior leadership.

You will oversee enterprise risk management, risk appetite and governance while guiding regulatory relationships. The successful candidate will bring senior banking risk leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a proven track record engaging with Boards and regulators.
