Job summary

Jersey Evening Post seeks a senior compliance leader to run the compliance function (CO, MLCO, MLRO) with direct Board exposure and responsibility for the compliance framework, risk management and regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate will hold ICA or an equivalent professional qualification and bring extensive experience in governing regulatory processes at the board level within a UK financial services environment.

Qualifications

• ICA or similar professional qualification required.
• Experience leading a compliance function.
• Board exposure and governance/regulatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the compliance function as CO, MLCO and MLRO.
• Oversee risk management, governance and regulatory matters.
• Report to the Board and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
