Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd is seeking a VP of Programmes to lead the UK Helicopters portfolio from its Yeovil site. You will own delivery, performance and strategic development across the programme portfolio, with P&L responsibility and executive accountability for outcomes.

Extensive travel and senior customer engagement are required to drive growth and programme success. You will shape investment priorities and programme strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and long-term

Qualifications

Pro-active executive leader with experience leading complex programmes.
Full P&L accountability and management of large, complex programme financials.
Strong commercial judgement with bid, feasibility and customer negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

Own overall delivery and performance across the UK portfolio.
Provide strategic leadership to Programme Management.
Lead and influence across the enterprise to align internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain governance and programme framework with PMO support.
Drive programme profitability and value realization.
Report status, risks, opportunities and financial performance to management and customers.
