Job summary

Leonardo Helicopters UK is seeking a VP of Programmes to lead the delivery and strategic development of its UK portfolio, covering technical, schedule, cost and quality. You will own the programme lifecycle, drive financial performance and coordinate IPTs with customers and partners.

Based on site with regular international travel, you will provide executive leadership, shape investment priorities and ensure alignment with business objectives while reporting to internal and customer forums.

Qualifications

• Senior programme management experience in technical/engineering environments.
• Demonstrable senior leadership of complex programmes and portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall delivery and performance across the Leonardo Helicopters UK Portfolio, accountable for technical, schedule, cost, quality and business performance.
• Provide strategic leadership to Programme Management and IPTs to deliver contractual commitments and wider business requirements.
• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers and partners to ensure alignment and drive outcomes across geographies.
• Define and maintain governance, assurance and escalation frameworks in conjunction with the PMO to enable successful delivery.
