Responsibilities

• Provide professional/technical advice to support infrastructure project delivery.
• Ensure HSE arrangements meet UK legislation and LH UK policies.
• Collaborate with Energy Managers, Sustainability Managers and local officials for permits.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety codes and inspections.
• Lead site utilities management and energy decarbonisation initiatives.
• Manage external audits and annual reviews with energy partners.
• Chair Utilities Working Group and publish monthly reports.
