12+ years of systems engineering or technical leadership in complex environments.
Experience leading ATRS, cargo handling, or automated material handling.
Leadership across product development and customer projects.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical authority for ATRS and related systems.
Define long-term technology direction and architecture.
Lead technical reviews and governance across disciplines.
Collaborate with product management and manufacturing.
Support customer engagements and deployments.
Drive reliability, maintainability, and lifecycle sustainment.
