• 12–15+ years of experience in complex electro‑mechanical system development or systems engineering.
• Proven success as product technical authority for ATRS, conveyance, baggage handling, or similar platforms.
• Experience guiding cross‑functional teams through trade‑offs of scope, cost, schedule, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Act as Chief Product Engineer and product line technical authority for ATRS and conveyance systems.
• Own and steer the product technical vision, architecture, and long‑term roadmap inputs.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, operations, service, and supply chain.
• Define system architectures, interfaces, and design standards across mechanical, electrical, controls, and software.
