Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or related discipline; equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years' engineering experience in a technical environment.
• Experience leading or overseeing technical work and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities across cargo and handheld product lines.
• Deliver New Product Introduction (NPI) programmes on time and within budget.
• Define requirements, product specs, and reviews with stakeholders.
• Ensure designs meet performance, quality, and longevity targets.
• Review technical documentation and engineering deliverables.
