Job summary

Worcester Bosch is seeking a Head of PR and Corporate Communications to lead external communications and protect the company's reputation. You will shape strategy, mentor the in-house team and manage relationships with our external PR agency.

You will partner with the senior leadership to align communications with business goals, coordinate media engagement across national and international outlets, and drive trusted storytelling across all channels.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in PR, corporate communications, or reputation management.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact media coverage and corporate campaigns.
• Strong experience advising senior executives and managing high-profile issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness.
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for PR, delivering initiatives as part of the annual PR plan.
• Manage the overall PR budget with clear objectives and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain strong media relationships across national, trade and international outlets.
• Prepare key spokespeople for media engagements and potentially serve as a spokesperson.
• Track performance against KPIs.
• Develop and deploy Corporate Communications plans with internal teams.
• Align internal and external messaging and advise executives on communications.
• Lead reputation management, issues and crisis communications planning and response.
• Mentor the in-house PR team and manage relationships with external agencies.
