Job summary

Worcester Bosch is seeking a Head of PR and Corporate Communications to lead the Marketing function's external communications and reputation management in the UK. You will drive the PR strategy, manage media relationships, and coach senior leaders and spokespeople to ensure consistent storytelling across all channels.

You will partner with the executive team to align communications with business strategy, oversee a budget, and work with an external agency to maximize coverage and impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in PR, corporate communications or reputation management.
• Proven track record delivering high-impact media coverage and corporate campaigns.
• Experience advising senior executives and managing high-profile issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness.
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Media training and spokesperson readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead all external communications, media relations, corporate messaging and crisis communications.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive PR and corporate communications strategy aligned to business goals.
• Mentor and develop the in-house PR team and manage external PR agency relationships.
• Oversee KPI setting and ROI measurement for PR initiatives.
• Collaborate with Executive Team and HR to align internal and external messaging.
• Provide senior communications advisory to the executive team on corporate announcements.
