Worcester Bosch seeks a Digital Marketing Social Media Graduate to drive our online presence and engage customers. You will support the Social Media Manager with planning, content creation, and performance reporting, while coordinating with broader marketing teams to ensure accurate, technical content.

You’ll handle community management, liaise with stakeholders for compelling stories, and monitor competitors to keep our channels competitive.

Competenze

• Hold a relevant degree in Marketing, Digital Communications or equivalent.
• Understand social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Interest and knowledge in creating social media content.
• Strong IT skills.

Mansioni

• Assist day-to-day management of Worcester Bosch social channels and support planning and reporting.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries, aiding Customer Care and Technical teams.
• Create engaging content with internal/external stakeholders and edit to spec.
• Keep abreast of competitor activity to improve our social content.
