An exciting opportunity to join the Outpatients team has arisen. You will have supervisory and clinical roles under the supervision of the senior staff.
Outpatients is rapidly expanding and providing more invasive procedures in clinic to our patients.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Nursing Associate who wants to progress clinically and expand their current role.
We offer full training and the opportunity to undertake the Band 5 training.
You will need to be able to organise and prioritise effectively, demonstrate sound clinical skills, and possess excellent communication skills to meet the following duties:

To provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a senior nurse, undertaking routine and specifically identified tasks, including but not limited to patient observations, ECGs, venepuncture, urinalysis, ENT suction, Tristell cleaning, chaperoning, biopsies, requesting investigations via ICE, preparing and replenishing the clinical environment for procedures.
Organise junior staff, undertake safety huddles, and organize breaks.
