In this hands-on Vinyl Graphics Technician - Team Leader position, you'll be responsible for overseeing a team of skilled Graphic (Vehicle Wrapping, Vinyl) Technicians. You will work closely with the Head of Paint Shop to develop the department, ensure smooth daily operations, and maximize the team's capabilities. Your responsibilities include all aspects of in-process production and preparation, ensuring adherence to the highest standards and meeting delivery deadlines.

What you will do:

1. Collaborate with multiple manufacturing departments to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively.
2. Organize Technicians for each job, prioritize effectively, and maximize productivity, including managing overtime.
3. Serve as the first point of contact for issues, communicate deviations promptly, and facilitate resolution.
4. Manage specifications and revisions in accordance with Production Control and Engineering.
5. Communicate quality issues to relevant departments, ensuring proper documentation for corrective actions.
6. Provide feedback on issues and suggest improvements to reduce costs or lead times.
7. Support the Head of Department in driving and developing continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Introduce new staff and contractors, organize training on systems, equipment, and procedures.
9. Follow Epicor procedures, including raising, signing off, and maintaining works orders to ensure data integrity.
10. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and demonstrate flexibility to workload demands.
