Job summary

amicable is seeking a Head of People & Talent to lead our People function and ensure we attract, develop and retain brilliant people. You will own hiring, onboarding and performance, set the people strategy with the leadership team, and partner with our L&D and data teams to drive outcomes.

You'll combine HR judgment with hands-on delivery, exploring how AI can transform our People operations—improving reporting, spotting patterns and enabling smarter decision making.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering HR initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Experience building or leading a People/HR function in a growth stage company.
• Strong ability to translate business priorities into people plans.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding and performance processes.
• Lead and develop the People & Talent team and partner with leadership to shape people priorities.
• Analyse people data to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.
• Develop and evolve compensation, benefits and performance frameworks.
