Job summary

Made Tech is seeking a Head of People Experience to lead Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement, shaping a culture of high performance and belonging. You will partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals and create an environment where employees have clear purpose and progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading high-performing recruitment teams (including managing at least 3+ recruiters).
• Experience designing and launching leadership development programs or career pathing frameworks.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to improve engagement scores and reduce turnover.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
• Design and deliver end-to-end journey from candidate to leader with clear career paths.
• Build external pipelines for future critical skills and lead succession planning.
