Job summary

Mistral in Greater London is seeking a People Tech & Analytics Lead to own the HR technology roadmap, from HRIS transformation to integrations and data architecture. You will build dashboards and models to help leaders understand hiring, growth, retention and rewards, and act on what you learn.

You will lead a small team and partner with HR Operations, Legal, Finance and IT to design scalable systems, automate processes with our models and APIs, and ensure compliant and ethical use of AI across

Qualifications

Experience in HR technology and people analytics at a high-growth tech company.
Ability to translate people data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Experience with HR platforms and data governance across systems.

Responsibilities

Own the people-tech roadmap and HR tech stack end to end, including data pipelines across HRIS, ATS, payroll, identity and finance.
Define key people metrics and lead analyses on workforce trends and planning.
Oversee dashboards, self-serve reporting and conversational insights for managers.
Drive people-data governance with Legal and Privacy to ensure compliant AI use.
Own automation and AI roadmap for people processes using internal models and APIs; lead cross-functional projects.
Mentor the People Tech & Analytics Engineer and grow the team as needed.
