Job summary

Standard Life plc is seeking a Head of Workforce Transformation to lead the Integrated Talent Journey. The role is hybrid with offices in Birmingham, London, Telford and Edinburgh and offers a salary of £120,000–£130,000 plus a 30–60% bonus potential.

You will mobilise the programme, coordinate input from Centres of Excellence and partner teams, and translate priorities into a practical, deliverable transformation plan.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex transformation programmes across multiple functions.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and create practical delivery plans.
• Strong judgement and ability to manage dependencies in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobilisation and establish the delivery approach across Centres of Excellence.
• Coordinate input from leaders to form a joined-up transformation plan.
• Manage cross-workstream dependencies and resolve delivery issues.
• Ensure new capabilities and processes are embedded into ongoing ownership.
