Standard Life is seeking a Head of Workforce Transformation to lead the programme delivering a coordinated, enterprise-wide transformation. You will unite Centres of Excellence and business partners to translate priorities into actionable delivery plans and ensure accountability across the organisation.

The role focuses on mobilisation and later on cross-workstream delivery, managing dependencies and embedding new capabilities, processes and ways of working, with a strong emphasis on agile

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large, complex transformation programmes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and accountable leaders.
• Strong judgement in managing dependencies in ambiguous environments.
• Leadership translating strategy into delivery with business ownership.
