Key Responsibilities
  • Strengthen operational performance across multiple portfolio companies, improving KPIs, reporting, and execution discipline.

Candidate Profile
  • Background in strategy consulting (e.g., MBB, tier-1 or tier-2 consulting) or equivalent high-rigour environment.
  • Experience in operational improvement, transformation, or value creation.
  • Strong analytical, structured thinking and problem-solving capability.
  • Comfortable leading complex projects and working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
  • High-intensity operator with strong organisational discipline, emotional intelligence, and sound judgement.
