Fast-scaling AI startup solving operational bottlenecks in insurance, backed by $8M from top Silicon Valley and NYC VCs. 19-person team across NYC, San Francisco, and Connecticut—growing 100%+ with multimillion ARR already. They're opening their London office and need the right Chief of Staff to build out the Rev Ops function from the ground up.
What You'll Get
You'll be the first hire in London, reporting directly to the Co-founder/COO and owning a critical function as the company scales. £60–80k salary + equity. 4 days in our London office (will be in Zone 1), with flexibility around US business hours. This is hands‑on, high-agency work — you'll see the impact of every process you build and revenue you forecast. Expect to grow into leading the entire revenue and operations function long‑term.
What You'll Do
Own the quote-to-cash workflow end-to-end: pipeline dashboards, ARR tracking, renewal management, billing reconciliation, and revenue forecasting. You'll split your time between revenue operations (60%) and broader internal business operations — vendor management, contracts, financial coordination. Work closely with leadership to drive strategic initiatives and scale the GTM engine.
What You'll Need
2+ years in revenue operations, business operations, or strategic finance — ideally at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company. You live and breathe SaaS metrics: ARR, renewals, expansion. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling. Experience with HubSpot and billing platforms. Most important: obsessive attention to detail, analytical firepower, and genuine ownership mentality. You spot problems and ship solutions.
