Job summary

Network Plus group is seeking an experienced HSEQ Lead to drive health, safety, environment and quality across our utilities contracts in the UK. You will cascade policies, lead audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards, CDM and client technical requirements.

Collaborating with internal teams and clients, you will deliver regular reporting, inspections, risk management and training to maintain top safety and quality levels on site and remotely.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent L6 qualification required.
• Lead Auditor qualification (e.g., ISO 9001) preferred.
• IEMA Certificate or equivalent environmental qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and internal Safe Systems of Work.

Responsibilities

• Promote compliance across contracts and cascade HSEQ initiatives.
• Lead investigations and secure root causes and corrective actions.
• Complete weekly/monthly HSEQ compliance reports and respond to findings.
• Support training and competency requirements to meet high safety standards.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain stakeholder communications.
• Drive safe behaviours on site and in office environments.
