Job summary

ZEISS Group in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire, is seeking a Head of Digital & Technology to drive the next phase of our digital transformation. You will articulate and deliver a strategic technology roadmap aligned with commercial goals and customer experience, reporting to the Managing Director.

You will lead a cross-functional team, shape architecture for ERP/CRM and service management, ensure cybersecurity and compliance, and enable data-driven decision making across the business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading digital transformation or technology strategy in a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, enterprise applications and systems integration.
• Experience delivering large-scale cross-functional transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering the organisation's digital transformation roadmap.
• Leading transformation initiatives across multiple functions (Sales, Service, Operations, Finance).
• Overseeing technology architecture, ERP/CRM systems and data governance.
• Ensuring data-driven decision making and measurable business value.
