Job summary

Trade Mastermind Ltd is seeking a Director of Customer Experience & Success in Peterborough. You will own the entire participant journey from onboarding to ongoing development and long-term success, ensuring measurable outcomes for clients.

You will establish a structured Customer Success function, develop meaningful KPIs around engagement, progression and retention, and work closely with mentors, trainers and the leadership team to integrate courses, mentoring and services.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to long-term success.
• Develop and implement a measurable Customer Success strategy with clear KPIs.
• Regularly engage with Academy members to understand challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with mentors, trainers and leadership to align programmes and services.
