Job Description:

We’re working with a very well established UK-based Wealth Manager, and as part of their strategic growth plans, we are keen to find a game-changing CCO.

Reporting to the CEO with a dotted line to the PE Investor, this is a genuinely commercial role requiring experience in growth strategy, acquisitions, organic sales growth, and business leadership.

This role offers a great opportunity in a rapidly growing, well-financed business that could be a career highlight.

  • Responsible for driving the commercial strategy of the business
  • Lead initiatives for client acquisition, business development, revenue growth, and market share growth
  • Lead the strategy and execution of all acquisition activities
  • Drive initiatives to maximize revenue across multiple channels, including advisory services, investment management, and financial planning
  • Identify and pursue new revenue streams, business opportunities, and partnerships
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team and their overall financial performance
  • Work closely with the CEO and other executive team members to ensure seamless execution of business plans and strategic priorities
  • Partner with PE investors to help achieve joint growth goals

Experience Needed:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior commercial leadership role within wealth management, private banking, or related financial services
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, client acquisition, and business & brand development
  • Prior experience as a CCO or CEO is essential
  • Proven experience in delivering product growth and sales strategies nationally and regionally
  • Experience operating in a Private Equity-funded environment is advantageous
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team to success
