IFS Industries is seeking a Production Operator to safely operate manufacturing batches according to formulas. You will run production equipment, monitor quality, and support efficient processes while meeting safety standards and quality requirements.

The role involves shift work and potential overtime, with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life insurance, 401K with company match, and paid vacation. Training will cover SOPs and batch procedures.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math skills and ability to read batch records.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to use measuring tools and production equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Compound, mix and blend chemical batches.
• Cross-trained to perform multiple manufacturing functions.
• Operate production machinery and equipment according to SOPs.
• Monitor production to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Read batch records to determine materials and procedures.
• Weigh materials for use in manufacturing.
• Load raw materials in specified sequence.
• Monitor and log time and temperature on batch tickets.
• Record weight, product type, date and batch number.
• Maintain inventory accuracy on batch sheets.
• Perform quality checks to ensure specifications.
• Package finished products per batch specifications.
• Transfer weighed materials to production or storage areas.
• Inspect materials, products, and containers at each step.
