Aufgaben

• Operate, set up and monitor production lines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow recipes, work instructions, GMP standards and safe systems of work.
• Accurately weigh and handle raw ingredients per production requirements.
• Carry out changeovers, cleaning and hygiene procedures to standard.
• Perform in-process quality checks and monitor product quality.
• Complete required documentation and SAP/system transactions on time.
• Maintain high housekeeping, HACCP, food safety, quality and safety standards.
• Identify and report equipment issues.
• Support shift handovers and team communication.
• Assist with colleague training and flexible work to meet business needs.
