Job summary

Adepto Technical Recruitment is seeking reliable Processing Operators to join our manufacturing team at the Cotes Park site. You will operate production equipment, weigh and add raw materials, follow batch sheets and maintain high quality and safety standards.

AM and PM shifts are available, with a strong emphasis on safety culture, accurate production records and adherence to 5S. Prior experience in manufacturing is preferred, and training will be provided to develop skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or processing environment is preferred.
• Experience within chemical, food or pharmaceutical production would be advantageous.
• Basic understanding of production processes and safe working practices.
• Good standard of numeracy and literacy.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor processing and mixing equipment in line with standard operating procedures
• Accurately weigh, measure and add raw materials to production batches
• Follow batch sheets and ensure product quality meets specification
• Carry out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks
• Complete production records and documentation accurately
• Adhere to all health, safety and environmental requirements
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised production environment (5S standards)
• Identify and report any process deviations, faults or safety concerns
