Job summary

INEOS Grangemouth is offering graduate programmes in engineering, embedded within a technical team to build core competencies from day one. The role supports asset operation, energy use and cost improvements while enabling IChemE Chartership progression.

Successful candidates will complete a 2:1 masters in chemical engineering by Autumn 2027 and benefit from formal development and a clear career pathway at a leading petrochemicals site in Grangemouth, UK.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in chemical engineering with 2:1 (completed by Autumn 2027).
• Ambition and personal motivation.

About Our Opportunity

Based in Grangemouth our graduates work in a variety of different roles designed to give a diverse set of early experiences. Each role supports different aspects of asset operation (including SHE, production, reliability and energy use/variable cost improvements) to deliver the short through long term asset strategy. You will be embedded within a technical team with experienced chemical engineers and given responsibilities from Day 1 designed to facilitate development and growth of technical ability, personal impact and business awareness through to IChemE Chartership. You will immediately develop key skills and experiences required for a successful career in your discipline.

About You

• A minimum of 2:1 master’s degree in chemical engineering (completed by Autumn 2027)

• Excellent communication skills
