Job summary

Dine Contract Catering Ltd in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Chef Supervisor to lead day-to-day kitchen operations and deputise for the Catering Manager. You’ll be hands-on with cooking and service while developing leadership and systems knowledge.

You’ll manage a team of four Catering Assistants, ensure high standards of food quality, safety and presentation, and support breakfast to night shifts across a busy site serving around 350 customers daily.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at Sous Chef or Head Chef level.
• Willing to develop leadership and operational skills.
• Experience leading a small team in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, cooking and service of high-quality food.
• Lead and support a team of four Catering Assistants.
• Act as deputy to the Catering Manager when needed.
• Ensure safety, hygiene and presentation standards are maintained.
