PRS (Phoenix Resourcing Services) in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Catering Manager/Supervisor to oversee a busy catering operation, delivering breakfast and lunch service for 100–200 customers. The role requires hands-on leadership and a strong focus on quality and safety.

You will lead a team of baristas and kitchen staff, ensure smooth daily service, and maintain high standards of food hygiene and customer experience in a fast-paced site.

Catering Manager/Supervisor

Location: Cambridge, CB21
Pay Rate: £20 per hour
Contract: Ongoing assignment until the end of 2026.
Start Date: 5 November 2026
Working Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm
